This is a fun campfire recipe to see, and it tastes delicious!
Cut the top off of an orange, but don’t throw it away. Scoop out all of the insides (and eat them- waste not!) until you only have the cup-shaped rind. Put in cake batter (whatever flavor you want, from a mix is fine) until it’s about 3/4 full and use the top piece of the orange to close it. Wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil and stick it in the hot coals to cook (anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on how hot your fire is). Then take apart your orange and enjoy! The peel keeps the cake nice and moist and gives it a little bit of a citrus kick!
